Philippe Rosse- Managing Partner
For the past 22 years, Philippe Rosse has held executive leadership roles in nonprofit agencies, educational organizations, and fund development consulting firms. With ASI, Mr. Rosse has helped research and write grant proposals, prepare strategic planning documents, and provide a wide range of additional development services. Mr. Rosse is also a specialist in donor and program analysis as well as long-term development including campaigns and innovative program development. Mr. Rosse received his Bachelor's of Science Degree from Vanderbilt University, his Master's of Public Administration from George Washington University and spent two years with the Brookings Institute based in Washington, DC.
Hod Eckel, JD- Partner
Hod Eckel has been practicing law for over 25 years with a consistent emphasis on public service. His experience includes transactional work putting multi-million dollar renewable energy projects together, as well as time in government drafting legislation and regulation as they apply to the business world. While he also has extensive courtroom litigation experience, he prefers helping others build something of lasting value and public good. A good portion of his career has been dedicated to helping people in bad situations find the best possible solutions to move forward. Through ASI Services, he has been able to further help people achieve their goals through a wide range of public service-oriented projects.
Peggy Sloin- Lead Grant Developer
For the past 36 years, Peggy Sloin has worked with nonprofit agencies, educational institutions, and corporations nationwide to research and write grant proposals, prepare strategic planning documents, and develop high-level white papers. Ms. Sloin encourages clients to reflect inclusivity, equity, diversity, and multi-culturalism in their programs. Ms. Sloin has written government and corporate operational manuals, with specific focus to departmental alignment across functional areas. Her work also includes program reviews and curricular design conducted for secondary schools and colleges, health care systems, Native American schools and Reservations, and Early Start. She received her Bachelor's of Arts Degree in Comparative Literature from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Beverly Kling, Ed.D- Research & Evaluation
Dr. Beverly Kling, a retired special education professor at Kean University, works with ASI on program research and grant proposal development. During her 28 years at Kean University, Dr. Kling coordinated graduate and certification programs, directed state and national funded grants, and designed courses and university programs. As part of the programs, she oversaw program assessments, which included developing rubrics, collecting and aggregating data, and preparing national accreditation reports. Dr. Kling is the author of multiple articles, a book editor, and has presented at state and national professional workshops. Dr. Kling received her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Beaver College, her Master’s degree in Special Education from College of New Jersey, and her Ed.D Special Education with a minor in Supervision from Rutgers University.
